Coventry & Warwickshire Friend is a LGBT Charity that has provided confidential information, advice & support, socials and befriending services to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Trans (LGBT) people in Coventry & Warwickshire for over 30 years via itÍs telephone helpline & support group. Besides our telephone helpline, we offer face-to-face meetings, social groups, newsletters and printed information We refer people to agencies that can offer legal and medical advice. We can provide diversity training for other groups, such as college/school students, counsellors, professional and social workers. Our volunteers are not professional counsellors or psychotherapists. They are caring volunteers who have been trained in the art of listening and empathy. All volunteers are lesbian, gay or trans.
