Who do we help? Young single homeless people and vulnerable young people aged 16-25. Priority given to those with a local connection, care leavers and those in priority need. We are currently commissioned to provide housing via the Northumberland Care Leavers and Young Homelessness Framework and accept referrals this way. However, we can consider outside referrals for presentation to the new Framework panel, subject to criteria being met. Who we cannot help - Sex offenders, people with a history of arson, harassment, intimidation or violence. Minimum age accepted: 16 Maximum age accepted: 25.
