St Clare’s Community Hub

Services at St Clare's Community Hub include hot and cold food, showers, clothing, laundry, I.T. provision, advice, information and signposting. The service is a referral route into local supported housing. The service is also a Wi-Fi hotspot. Help with housing, life skills, mental health and substance misuse are among the wide range of support the staff here can offer. Friendly staff are there to meet the needs or our clients, however small or large and will work with each individual to develop personalised plan.
