YOUNG PEOPLE’S DRUG AND ALCOHOL SERVICE

We offer a series of structured one to one appointments with a named key worker which are designed to offer support towards goals agreed with the young person. We use the outcome Teen Star to help develop a personalised support and recovery plan for everyone. To make sure we provide each person with the best comprehensive service we work closely with other young people services.If a young person has a case manager in another young peoples' service we will work closely with them to ensure a joined up package of support.Provides support to family and friends via the Changes service.
